Stage Performances
The Okinawa International Movie Festival is an event to enjoy various forms of entertainment along with movies. This year we have lined up various programs, such as comedy, music and dance, to entertain people of all ages. As a countdown to the main festival, we plan to hold events at all the venues in the 41 cities, towns and villages in the Prefecture leveraging the specialties of each place.
In the All Ending, the All the Islands Okinawa Band led by Kariyushi 58 will bring back last year’s madness with a performance that can be joined by all residents of the prefecture!!

Diverse Stage Programs
We offer a wide range of programs, from annual regulars such as live comedy by trending comedians and performances by artists to powerful stage shows by idols, eisa folk dance, community performances and events by students.
The Naminoue Umisora Park stage will come alive with high quality shows during the festival, including original package shows by popular entertainers, with a focus on programs to spread Okinawa entertainment across the world.
At the Tenbusu Square, Yoshimoto artists, local artists and performer will entertain the crowd this year too. We have also decided to set up a special stage in Laugh & Peace Town at our new venue Shintoshin Park Oharappa. Here, too, you can enjoy shows by famous performers.
Most programs at all the venues require audience participation. Make sure to join in and have fun.
