Story

[Comedy]
Tamae Urano (18), a high-school student living in Saitama City, aspires to become a horror film director some day. She unexpectedly receives an offer to direct a promotional video for Saitama City. She plans to make a video in the form of a horror film and begins production, but faces a tough time because of disputes between the Urawa, Omiya and Iwatsuki districts of the city. Will Saitama unite as one team?

Saitama City lies in the south-eastern part of Saitama Prefecture and houses the prefectural office.
In olden times, it developed as a station town on Nakasendo Road. At present, it is a transportation hub of eastern Japan, where five shinkansen lines, including Tohoku and Joetsu lines, and many local JR and private railway lines connect.
This city was formed by joing the old cities of Urawa, Omiya and Yono in May 2001 and became the 13th ordinance-designated city on April 1, 2003.
It became a core city of the Kanto region after merging with the old Iwatsuki city on April 1, 2005 and continues to develop even today.
