Notes

Okayama Prefecture is known as the "Sunny land of Okayama", and while it isn't every day there are many sunny days. It has more days of less than 1mm of rainfall than anywhere else in Japan. With its stable climate, it is very suitable for long-term filming, and is gaining attention as a location for films. Okayama City is located in the center of the Okayama Plain, where the Asahi and Yoshii rivers flow through Okayama Prefecture into the Seto Inland Sea. In the southern part is rich fetile farmland, and in the northern part the Kibikogen Highlands mountain range. The stage for this film is the only manned island in Okayama, "Inujima". The scenery from Inujima in the Seto Inland Sea is beautiful and fascinating to visitors.
